The Council has a requirement for a corporate document management system which will cover all the requirements of the Council for document and record management including case-files and work-flow. The aim is to make West Lindsey District Council a paper lite organisation and change the culture of the organisation from being dependent on paper to using electronic documents, records and work-flows. The aim is to allow staff to work at any location both inside and outside the organisation and empower the workforce to work independently and self-sufficiently with only minimal administration support. The project is part of a an existing programme of work which will enhance the services provided to our citizens and colleagues.
