Descriptions
Renfrewshire Council along with the Childrens Services Partnership are establishing a new Wellbeing Service, this service will comprise of the teams Community, Schools and Interrupted Learning Teams. As part of the partnership and government approach third sector organisations will be awarded grant funding from the wellbeing budget and be considered part of the delivery model. The Council are procuring a system for the team to use to receive Requests for Assistance and record their assessment and support packages as part of the case management. Working collaboratively with the Wellbeing Service is the Education Psychology Team and any system will be used for this team as their core system. These will operate as two different services within Children’s Services.CPV: 72320000, 72222300, 48600000.
