Wrexham County Borough Council requires a total solution which supports and captures information which enables a comprehensive picture of employee behaviour, attitudes and performance. All of this needs to be linked/measured against employee contributions to the organisation's objectives set out in the Council Plan.The software needs to seamlessly support the above complex processes along with aiding talent management, succession planning and the appraisal system which links to the above.It needs to include and support the two way process which harnesses employee skills, talents, ideas and behaviours and in return employees can be identified for targeted training, enable recognition and feedback throughout and identify and support good leadership.A tool that facilitates engagement of the workforce, by allowing them to use it in a simplistic way, owning their own self development and easy to use across a range of devices and accessible for all levels of skill across the workforce.Either is should be a part of the Council’s payroll/HR/Training system or has the facility to interface seamlessly with this for movement of data in two directions.Simple reporting facilities that provide quality monitoring information to enable HR to assess areas of use, identify areas of difficulty, and other HR metrics including measurements against contributions to organisations plan. An easy to use and the option to locally own reporting tool.
