Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council has reviewed the delivery of Assistive Technology and Telecare (ATT) in the borough. This has established the following requirements for ATT services, which have been divided into a series of lots. Providers may be interested in being considered for one, two or all of these lots:1. Telecare service, to include:Provision, installation, maintenance and routine testing of telecare equipment.Removal and recycling of equipment when it is no longer needed.Call centre/monitoring centre, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.2. Stand alone Assistive Technology (AT) equipment, to include:Provision, installation, maintenance and routine testing of stand alone assistive technology equipment, as appropriate depending on the particular item of equipment.Removal and recycling of AT equipment, as appropriate, when it is no longer needed.3. A mobile 24 hour emergency response to include:Emergency response visits to clients homes throughout the borough.Availability, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, year round.
