SOL- Midlands Academy Insurance Framework Agreement.

Descriptions

The West Midlands Insurance Group currently comprises representation from 8 Local Authorities. These authorities established an Insurance Framework for Academy Schools in 2011. These Academies are largely based across the Midlands, although the Group does not preclude members from outside the region. The new Framework, effective 01 September 2015 for 3 years with 1 x 2 year extension option will again enable the provision of insurance including; Property, Liability, Contract Works, Personal Accident, Travel, Legal Expenses, Motor, Terrorism, Fidelity Guarantee, Professional Liabilities and Engineering Insurance / Inspection for educational establishments with Academy status, or that may achieve Academy status during the lifetime of the Framework Agreement.
