Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is procuring substance misuse services for Solihull residents, with a new contract in place from April 2019. The successful provider will be expected to plan, manage and deliver an all age service and integrated system of provision which delivers the key elements of prevention; early intervention; treatment and recovery These services will be delivered alongside and where possible through integration with other services within the health, social care and criminal justice systems. The contract will be for a period of 4 years with extension options of up to 4 years dependent upon performance. Financial envelop: Maximum 4 year budget available — 8 809 040 GBP. The maximum budget available over years 1 and 2 of the contract will be 5 000 000 GBP and the indicative annual budget from year 5 will be 1 952 260 GBP.
