Flintshire County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake a servicing and maintenance programme at 2 ground mounted solar PV installations on former landfill sites at Brookhill and Standard. The works shall include electrical testing of PV panels/strings, inverters and all associated electrical equipment as well as grass cutting and cleaning of the panels, within the fenced boundary of the install. . The contractor will also carry out a review and site survey of the installations to assess the quality and ensure the operation and maintenance manuals reflect the as built installation? Where discrepancies are reported, the Contractor shall produce new documentation. The Contractor shall also prepare a schedule of dilapidations if necessary.
