North West Leicestershire District Council requires the services of a suitably competent provider to deliver an annual programme of servicing to solid fuel appliances and sweeping of associated flues. The Council has a current housing stock of approximately 4 400 homes, around 471 of which have either a solid fuel room-heater with boiler and/or an open fire.
