Publication and call for competition will be conducted once scope of work is fully defined and approved by the uk government.Somalia Humanitarian and Resilience Programme (SHARP) will focus on humanitarian action and reform in Somalia, to deliver cost effective and mutually-reinforcing assistance to the most vulnerable people in Somalia. It will promote household and community resilience and, over time, reduce the number of people in extreme need of humanitarian support.
