The project is located at Milton Lodge, Johnswell Road, Kilkenny and the proposed works including, - Internal alterations and elevational alterations to the existing dwelling. - Demolition of existing building to the North of the dwelling - External finish - New boundary walls / landscaping The tendering contractors shall submit the following documentation as part of their tender. Failure to do so may invalidate the tender: - Form of Tender - and a full breakdown schedule -detailed Pricing Document - Builders Confirmation of the Competence in fulfilling new requirements - Sub-Contractor / Specialist Competence (Ancillary Certifiers) Confirmation of the Competence in fulfilling new requirements as required - Preliminary Inspection Plan and Project Program
