NHS Southend Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Castle Point and Rochford Clinical Commissioning Group and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (‘the Contracting Authorities’) invite suitably qualified service providers to tender for a South-east Essex Mental Health Wellbeing and Crisis Café Service.The intention is to formally procure this new community resource to be operational from 1.11.2019 for a period of 54 months plus the option to extend for a further 24 months.
