Neath Port Talbot county borough Council (NPTCBC) are undertaking this procurement in their capacity of Managing Agent for the Motorway and Trunk Road network in south Wales (SWTRA)on behalf of the Welsh Government. To meet with the current guidelines issued by the Welsh Assembly on collaborative working within the Principality. It is the intention that this tender acts as a framework with a single supplier for other local Highway Authorities covered by the geographical region of the South Wales Trunk Road Network as a means of purchasing such services without the need for any further procurement process.The contract will be awarded by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, who will in turn grant rights to other participating Councils to use. It should be noted that at this time no Local Authority, other than those specifically named in the tender documents and below have expressed an interest in participating in this contract.-Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council-Pembrokeshire County Council and-Carmarthenshire County CouncilNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
