Project management and cost management to deliver the South Walks House (Dorchester) and Elective Recovery Ward (Dorset County Hospital Dorchester) projects under the ProCure 22 framework for P22 Stage 3 (FBC) through agreement of a Guaranteed Maximum Prices to Completion and post-project evaluation utilising: LOT 2 Project Management LOT 4 Quantity Surveyor Project Description: • South Walks House - fit out of lower 2 floors of vacant office building as outpatient 'health on the High Street' accommodation involving construction of lower ground floor plant room within car park and new services distribution. Minor redecorations / changes to MEP services to upper 2 floors to maintain existing function of open plan office accommodation but to suit DCH needs • Elective Recovery Ward - strip out of existing outpatient department and conversion to 24 bed elective care ward Service Required: P22 NEC Project Manager and Trust Cost Adviser from feasibility design stage through detailed design and tender, construction to Completion, end of defects period, and post-project evaluation (Note: for clarity, the role of Supervisor is not included in this proposal. Additionally, this proposal does not include for the procurement of equipment). Procurement: Procure22 (project ref P22-0211) delivered as separate projects Appointment: through the NHS SBS consultancy framework to provide Schedule 5a consultancy services for PM and QS including administration of the NEC contract (but not NEC Supervisor services)
