The SYMCA is looking to commission a Multi Crime Support Service, embracing the concept of: • One point of local contact for all individuals affected by crime, excluding Domestic Abuse / Sexual Violence , Homicide. The service will be required to offer an integrated, specialist, informative, care and support pathway to tailored interventions and a range of assessment and support services for adults and young people. • Coordination and simplification of access for victims to wider healthcare, social care, and criminal justice processes to help those referred to cope and recover from the impact of crime and holistically improve individual health and well-being, as well as criminal justice outcomes. The South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority is conducting Preliminary Market Engagement with a view to establishing market interest and to seek the views of suppliers with regards to delivering services to victims of crime in South Yorkshire in the future. This will help us to develop our requirements. SYMCA has prepared a Request for Information questionnaire.
