Southern Water services intends to enter into a Framework for the provision of products to slow the flow of rainwater from domestic and commercial roofs into Southern Water’s combined sewer network including the customer engagement and installation of these products. This will include a range of slow drain water butts, sustainable drainage planters and smart water butts.
