Provision of specialised critical care ambulance transport service for the East Midlands region including Coventry & Warwickshire. The associated services fall within the ‘Light Touch Regime (LTR)' governing procurement of Health, Social, Education and Other service contracts. NHS England and NHS Improvement, and NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) as its representative, do not hold themselves bound to any part of the Public Contracts Regulations (2015), save those applicable to LTR provisions.
