The equipment consists of Air Handling Units and in the Estates Workshop a Dust Collector Server Cross Cutter & Rotary Saw.There are 4 areas for the 2017/18 contract all at Prince Charles Hospital (Merthyr Tydfil)They are: MRI, CSSD, Estates Workshop & Isolation RoomsFrequency of Visits: 3 months except the Estates Workshop which is annual.All consumable parts are to be included, while all non-consumable parts and repairs are to be quoted for separatelyInspection & maintenance reports detailing the equipment details and its condition, will be required per piece of equipment following each maintenance visitLEV System Records will be requiredThe following work would be expected to be carried out as frequently as indicated below:Primary filters changed every visitSecondary filters changed every other or at end of life. (High pressure drop)Drive belts changed, pulleys and tension checked every visit.Refrigeration maintenance if applicable.Mechanical/electrical maintenance.Internal AHU and glass trap cleaning.Filter and room pressures recorded.Report with highlighted issues and quotation if applicable.Guaranteed on site to emergency call out 24 hours.(If more detailed equipment info is required a site visit to Prince Charles Hospital will be necessary)To be excluded from any quotation proposal.The below are covered by existing separate contract arrangementsHepa filtersControls systemsNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
