Portsmouth City Council is looking to award a 4 year contract for the provision of a specialist assessment and restorative service for neighbour nuisance and antisocial behaviour.The service will be delivered by suitably qualified assessment and mediation officers and is aimed at resolving local conflict and disputes, assisting in repairing broken relationships and harm, and reducing the need for further intervention.
