We are seeking specialist communications consultancy to shape and the HMRC Story campaign, including: • Conducting a critical review of the draft campaign objectives and of the proposed evaluation framework • Proposing a viable and effective campaign strategy for this financial year (until March 2022), that delivers on the campaign objectives, and an outline strategy for following 3 years (Apr 2025) • Proposing suitable campaign messaging • Assessing the suitability of existing HMRC internal brands for the campaign, and how they may work as a brand hierarchy, and whether any new elements are needed.
