Sport Ireland has led on the the development of a National Database of Sport & Recreation Amenities, which will provide wide-ranging benefits to the country and has cross-government support. The database, along with public portals and stakeholder hubs, will be launched in 2023. Sport Ireland is now seeking consultancy services to:1. Assess the current position, value and direction of the project.2. Understand the needs of stakeholders and their potential future input to the project. 3. Identify further use cases and benefits. 4. Identify risks to the success of the initiative.5. Guide the management and development of the project over the coming years. 6. Develop a robust plan to maximize the strategic potential and benefits of the project.Please note that the service sought are non-technical and focus on the future positioning and management of the project
