Spray Drying Manufacturing system for Dairy Powders

Volac International are seeking one contractor to supply a Dryer manufacturing process for primarily processing whey based protein products. It should be capable of producing powders of first class quality particle size and distribution.The following components of spray drying system will be the basis of the award following the tendering stage.Wet processing :-Two Concentrate feed tanks-Lecithin systemDrying systems including, but not exclusive to :- High Pressure feed system- Concentrate heater- Drying Chamber- Dryer Insulation, removable with air gap- Dehumidifier (as an option)- Air handling units and main air heater unit- Fines handling and agglomeration system- Attenuator- Bagfilter- 2 Fluid beds- Sifter- Stop start Silo- PLCs- Lance Cleaning set- Nozzle Cameras- Access platforms and walkways not part of main building stairways- Drains to single point on each floor level- All services within facility to common point at building boundary- Explosion safety system- Automation, process control and integration- Commissioning spares- Spare Parts for ongoing maintenance – as an optionAll items should be delivered to site, assuming Incoterm CIF, installed and commissioned as per an agreed Functional Design Specification. Cranes and scaffolding for installation and commissioning should included in Tender.
