The project is split into 4 lots as follows:1) Chester — 9 blocks across 3 sites;2) Wolverhampton — 1 block;3) Cambridge, Addenbrook — 1 block;4) Stafford and Sutton Coldfield — 3 blocks.Suppliers must bid for individual lots but where they apply for more than 1 lot the evaluation will take into account the ability to deliver multiple lots and that suppliers have the required financial capacity to do so.
