SPS-0397 External Redecoration and Replacement of Timber Fascias and Soffits to Council Owned Domest
Descriptions
The scope of the contract covers the external redecoration and replacement of timber fascias and soffits with UPVC to domestic properties owned by the Customer. It will also include any repairs necessary before redecoration. Quantities are expected to be in the region of 800 properties and 300 garages per annum for the 5 year period. Work will be carried out in occupied and vacant properties. The form of contract will be a Joint Contract Tribunal (JCT) Measured Term Contract 2011 (MTC 2011). The Contract is expected to be for 5 years from 1.9.2015 to 31.8.2020.
