Descriptions
The 5 Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs )of the South West Region, namely, Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, are seeking to appoint a contractor for the supply, maintenance, calibration and repair of garage equipment. The contractor must provide a maintenance, calibration and repair service for workshop equipment. This service must comprise of visits to each workshop at 6 monthly intervals to carry out routine preventative maintenance. Calibration must be carried out according to the manufacturers' recommendations, which may or may not coincide with the 6 monthly maintenance schedules. The provision of new or replacement equipment is also required. This procurement is broken down into Lots;— Lot 1 For New Equipment.Lots 2-6 For Maintenance, Calibration and Repair of Garage Equipment for each of the Forces listed.
