Descriptions
The Council is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for External Investigator Services to allow the Council to buy investigation services from a list of approved providers who meet a certain set of minimum standards and agree to a common set of contractual terms. The approved providers will be required to highlight the disciplines that they are able to deliver.Approved providers will then be able to bid for the Council's contracts to deliver External Investigator Services. The DPS will remain open for new providers to join at any time up to the Contract closure.A commissioned provider may be required to present the investigation findings at a hearing/Employment Tribunal. The matters that required investigation may be wide ranging and varied in nature.
