The British Council in Sub-Saharan Africa is setting up a process for multiple Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) experts to join its SSA Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Procurement Framework.
This framework will be used for the procurement of monitoring, evaluation and learning consultancy work that requires expertise and presence within the Sub-Saharan Africa region—especially where on-the-ground teams and an understanding of the cultural contexts that influence MEL work is required.
Suppliers who join the framework will be eligible to tender for monitoring, evaluation and learning work within the different sections of the framework.
