SS/CON/6513 - Professional Services for ESB Major Commercial Property Projects (from €5m to €35M CAPEX)

ESB requires professional services to deliver its management and development of ESB major property projects in value from €5m up to €35m CAPEX value (total project value excluding electrical/generation plant) in Ireland. The professional engineering services requirement is divided in to 7 lots: Lot 1 Architectural Professional Services Lot 2 Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Engineering Professional Services Lot 3 Civil & Structural Engineering Professional Services Lot 4 Quantity Surveying Professional Services Lot 5 Planning Professional Services Lot 6 Fire Engineering Professional Services Lot 7 Disability Access Professional Services. Detailed scope of services and associated requirements will be provided at RFT stage to successful applicants. Applicants may apply for one, any combination, or all of the lots. Applicants must state in their application which lots are being applied for in section B1 of PQQ. ESB intention is to award at the end of this procurement process a single supplier framework for each of the individual lots. A single vendor may be successful in being awarded more than one or all lots at the conclusion of the procurement process. The duration of the agreement will be for three (3) years duration with an option, at the discretion of ESB, to extend for up to a further 48 months by mutual agreement in increments of no longer than 12 months. The Contracting Entity is preparing a draft contract and schedules that will be provided to the pre-qualified and short-listed Applicants at the next stage of the Procurement process i.e. the Request for Tender stage. The Contract will set out the terms and conditions pertaining to the technical, commercial, financial, safety and legal requirements for the provision of the services. The services will be procured utilizing ESB’s consultancy services framework agreement form of contract, as will be amended for the purposes of this particular work scope and as required by the Contracting Entity.
