Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales ("AC-NMW") is seeking to tender to design, manufacture and install a unique play facility at St Fagans National History Museum, near Cardiff. The play space is located close to the main museum currently undergoing extensive re-development.The bespoke designs for the equipment have been produced by artist Nils Norman, working closely with AC-NMW. The play equipment, designs and play area layout draws inspiration from the Museum's exhibitions, looking at forms, structures and themes found on the site.The tender is for the design and installation of the play area on a 'design and build' contract basis, with the contractor developing a concept design through to installation.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
