St Mary’s Leisure Centre Operating Agreement
Descriptions
Southampton City Council are looking to appoint an operator to manage and operate a leisure centre in accordance with the specification, on a 20-year agreement and full repairing and insuring lease. The lease will be excluded from the provisions of sections 24-28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The operator will provide a facility for all sections of the community, with no restrictions (or perceived restriction) on any particular group.
