Consultancy team to undertake a Building Condition Survey and Specific tasks so establish the current condition of all building fabric, services, internal layouts and external grounds in accordance with the enclosed tender documents at the educational facility at 10 Le Fanu Rd, Drumfinn, Dublin. This survey involves an extensive visual inspection, identification of areas for further investigation and where appropriate carry-out opening-up works and/or specialist surveys. All services related to the issuance of the Condition Survey Report will be the responsibility of the appointed Lead Architect / Building Surveyor consultant. The Consultancy team will include Architecture, Building Services (Mechanical & Electrical) Engineer, Fire Safety, Civil/Structural Engineer and Quantity Surveyor consultants. A single collated report will be issued by the appointed lead consultant. The report is intended to objectively describe the overall condition of the building and outline recommendations for improvements to the facility prior to the next academic year.
