Warrington Borough Council has awarded a framework for the provision of a range of IT products and mobile telephones to staff through a salary sacrifice arrangement. The supplier will provide an internet platform to support the supply and the administration of the scheme, as well as logistical arrangements, The salary sacrifice scheme must comply with HMRC guidance.It is intended that multiple windows will be open in each year of the operation of the framework for staff to place orders.Warrington Borough Council will also open the framework for use by other local authorities and NHS bodies in the UK as well as Warrington Borough Council's local partner organisations identified in the tender documents. This framework will also be open for use by "Registered Providers" as defined by the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 and who also act as Bodies Governed by Public Law within Regulation 3 (w) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 SI2006/5 (as amended) and are currently registered with and regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) Register of Providers of Social Housing http://www.homesandcommunities.co.uk/ourwork/registrations-and-de-registrations".
