This Procurement is for a Contract to deliver a Children and Young People Health and Wellbeing Programme including Clinical Management and Support and forms part of an integrated commissioning approach supported by Staffordshire, which includes North and South Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Groups(CCG).As a minimum the Programme includes— Children and Young People's Health and Wellbeing Programme including National Healthy Child Programme (5-19 years) for Staffordshire,— Non complex annual Review Health Assessments for Looked After Children for Staffordshire. This element is the commissioning responsibility of North and South Staffordshire CCGs,— Clinical Support and Delivery for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities provision in special schools for Staffordshire. This element is the commissioning responsibility of North and South Staffordshire CCGs,— Clinical management and support for Children and Young People with Enuresis (involuntary urination, especially by children at night) for South Staffordshire only. This element is the commissioning responsibility of South and North Staffordshire CCGs.
