DGHP Ltd invites applications from organisations who wish to be considered for inclusion on a select list to tender for a 3-year, with possible extension to 5 years, Stairs and Common Areas Cleaning Service within Dumfries and Galloway.The contract will require the supplier to provide a weekly common areas cleaning service within some of our blocks of flats. The residents of these blocks of flats may include DGHP tenants and private owners. The key feature of the service is to be responsible for the provision of a high quality common area cleaning service, which is estimated to cost in the region of 200 000 over the 3-year contract. There will be a further option to extend the contract up to a maximum of a further 2 years. The contract is scheduled to commence 1.5.2015.
