This speculative notice is seeking to understand the supply chain's capability to supply / supply and install the following, the geographical capability of the supply chain and the diversity of the supply chain. The supply chain is asked to consider the following and to include their response to each question, when submitting their interest;Multiple feasibility studies are underway to review the parking provisions at each of the following station locations.Criccieth, Dyffryn Ardudwy, Borth, Harlech, Llangadog, Helsby CW&C, Carmarthen, Gobowen, Cwmbran, Llanelli, Craven Arms, Prees, Caersws, Llanharan, and Whitland.The objective to enhance the parking provisions at each location and each study will produce the following, which may fall part of the contract requirements;- Possible parking layouts- Active travel proposals- EV charging points- CCTV provision, Help Points- Signage/wayfinding- Motorcycle parking spaces and/or stands- Taxi pick-up/drop off area- Interchange facility (between bus/taxi/rail)- P&D ticket machine locations (where applicable)- Consideration of height restriction barriers- Car park lighting proposals- Recycling and general waste bins- Sustainability/renewable energy provisions- Use of permeable paving- Suitability for provision of Rail Replacement Vehicles- Active Travel / Cycle Storage provision- Motorcycle spaces- Pick-up / drop-off points- Interchange points- Preliminary desktop Environmental Assessment (where applicable)- Requirements for local utility diversions (where applicable)- Do you have the capability to undertake the works on a D&B basis taking cognisance of outputs cited in the document appended to this notice?- What is your level of experience on liaising with Network Rail to obtain the necessary consents for the works to be undertaken?- Do you have capacity to undertake the works in the locations cited in the document appended to this notice and listed above?- Can you undertake each of the above works streams at the different locations simultaneously?- Can you provide the full requirement of the contract?- Do they have experience of engaging key stakeholders?Please use the question and answer function to submit your responses.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=110482.
