Statutory Compliance Management for GMFRS

Descriptions

GMFRS manages a diverse estate comprising 41 operational fire stations, 1 x headquarters, 2 x training facilities, Fleet services site and 20 residential accommodation sites (Houses and Flats). I

We are seeking a single FM compliance partner who can take on end-to-end responsibility for managing all statutory compliance activities across our estate and support the implementation of a robust CAFM backed system of delivery, reporting, and data management system. This will provide central visibility, enable performance management through KPIs, and improve long-term compliance outcomes.

For information, the indicative annual spend value of the compliance works (based on current GMFRS estimates) is approximately: £210,000 with a further £220,000 on Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPMs). We have further budget regarding remedial works which varies year on year.

At this stage out focus is Compliance but understand that the programmed PPMs are similar in nature so would be interested to understand your experience of delivering such works which will assist with our decision making later.
