To provide Stevedore services at Liverpool Cruise Terminal (LCT) for the cruise ship season, to work with/alongside ship, transferring a variety of cargo between ship and shore, either mechanically or manually.The activities of the Stevedore will depend on the type of ship or cargo being worked, but would normally include the following:— Physical Task — Loading or unloading cargo/passenger baggage;— Driving Vehicles — articulated heavy goods vehicle, lift truck and tractors;— Operating Equipment — Technical specialist equipment, ship to shore cranes, conveyor belts.
