The contracting authority is seeking to procure the appointment of a design and build contractor for the fit out of laboratories, offices and supporting facilities in the Accelerator Building (currently a shell and core) at the Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst. The design is to be progressed from the equivalent of RIBA stage 2 on an anticipated basis of a two stage design and build procurement route. The terms of the contract will be either the NEC Third Edition Contract or JCT contract, including client amendments. Further details are included in the pre-qualification questionnaire.
