Descriptions
Services comprise the replacement of kitchen units and sundry items together with the placement of bathroom fittings and appliances; upgrading of electrical works associated with such areas and upgrading / replacing of floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Services to be undertaken within specific domestic / residential housing stock owned or managed by South Yorkshire Housing Association – both general needs and Care and Supported Housing. Properties vary in size and type from detached houses to medium rise blocks of flats. The location of the selected properties will be taken from the geographical locations listed above. The Employer may wish to specify a particular kitchen unit manufacturer with whom they have a supply chain agreement.
