Descriptions

Services comprise the removal and replacement of windows, external doors, frames and associated external glazed screens with new units to meet current standards / regulations. This will involve undertaking surveys of existing, application and receipt of building regulations approval (where required) and making good disturbed finishings. Services to be undertaken within specific domestic / residential housing stock owned or managed by South Yorkshire Housing Association – both general needs and Care and Supported Housing. Properties vary in size and type from detached houses to medium rise blocks of flats. The location of the selected properties will be taken from the geographical locations listed under II.1.2 of this Notice. The Employer may wish to specify a particular glass manufacturer with whom they have a supply chain agreement with.
