City West Works (CWW) currently has an on-site Stores facility but wishes to procure an offside Stores solution from a provider that will fulfil the following requirements:— Provision of all Stock to CWW's multi site locations (e.g. drop off to vehicles or site compounds) to suit needs of contract (daily/weekly etc.)— Multi-locational bases of sufficient size within West Salford with potentially a dedicated CWW Customer Desk— To support the management of CWW's Imprest Stock— Provision of Stock Management Information, such as purchases per operative, price, quality, date— Value for Money efficiencies through alternative product identification and price checks— Integration of Stores IT systems with CWW's Systems (PDA's, Optitime Operative Scheduling, First Touch Stock & Open Accounts Finance Systems)— Period of Provision of Services Monday to Friday – 07:45 to 17:00, Saturday — 07:45 to 12:00 noon— Provision of an Account Manager— 100 % of Imprest Stock to be immediately available— Turnover rebates— Customer/Staff Discount CardsThe proposed contract will be in place for a maximum period of 4 years, with a 2 year break clause.
