Chuige seo, beidh athbhreithniú ag teastáil ar thorthaí Staitéis 2018-2022, i gcomhairle lenár geallshealbhóirí, an pobail ealaíona agus pobail na Gaeltachta san áireamh, agus le bord agus foireann Ealaín na Gaeltachta féin. Tá iniúchadh le déanamh ar ár gcórais reatha, a chuimsíonn airgeadais, iarratais, teicneolaíochta, cumarsáide agus pearsanra.
