The supplier will be expected to work closely with CCHA and its partners and be prepared to commit to long term partnering relationships and operating within the governance regimes of such organisations. 1.6) The selected supplier will need to be experienced in a variety of new build, refurbishment and regeneration projects and acting as an Employer's Agent/client representative on partnered methods of procurement in relation to affordable housing schemes, developing homes for rent and/or sale (including a range of intermediate tenures) and working collaboratively with partner, developers, local residents and tenants.
