Real estate services.Construction project management services.Business and management consultancy and related services.Building and facilities management services.Business organisation services.Business-development consultancy services.An executive management team provided by a Strategic Business Partner (“SBP”) will be embedded into existing Defence Infrastructure Organisation (“DIO”), with the ability to provide additional resource where required. The scope of the SBP will cover almost all of the activities currently undertaken by DIO, including undertaking strategic asset management of the Ministry of Defence ('MoD') estate, the day to day management of the MoD estate, managing the delivery of capital projects on behalf of MoD, managing the provision of MoD training facilities, managing the provision and allocation of MoD housing, managing the MoD's accommodation and infrastructure PFI/PPP contracts and managing the hard and soft facilities management suppliers to the MoD estate. This will help DIO continue and build upon the transformation programme it is currently undertaking.
