Strategic Resource Area Mapping Methodology

To review approaches to GIS mapping of ‘soft constraints’ and develop a bespoke methodology for Wales to support marine plan Strategic Resource Area (SRA) identification and presentation of relevant spatial constraints. This will require reviewing current practice, working with stakeholders to identify key considerations for developing agreed weightings for relevant data layers.
