The Strategy Planning Workshop product has been designed to enable a business to focus its strategy for pro-active business development. It provides senior management teams time away from the business to explore the challenges, opportunities and threats facing their business and agree on the future direction of the business.The product offers focus on the strategic direction of their business, to reach a consensus on this, and provide an outline action plan for future implementation. It is targeted at small to medium sized companies whose management team have limited experience/access to the knowledge required to understand the importance of strategy development prior to engaging in a new direction/project. The companies will have identified potential opportunities to deliver business growth through international and/or domestic market expansion, but may be unsure as to next steps or whether it is the right direction for the business.
