Street Tree Maintenance Contract.

Cardiff Council Parks Services are responsible for the maintenance of highway trees which form part of either adopted highway or public rights of way. The Council wishes to appoint, via a framework agreement, a contractor who will undertake these works on a schedule of rates basis. The schedule of rates will include, but not be limited to, operations such as crown lifting and reduction, pruning, felling and removal.Locations will vary and be city-wide and the contractor should be experienced with operations on the highway and working in public places.The Framework will run for two years with two further options to extend for periods of 12 months at a time (2 + 1 + 1).
