Stroud District Council — Electrical Rewire and Remedial Works.

Descriptions

A single contract for electrical re-wires and remedial works for Stroud District Council's residential properties. The works will comprise re-wires, electrical testing, PAT testing, estate lighting, planned maintenance of lightning protection and electrical heating replacements. The contract will be for an initial 48 month period with the ability to extend to 120 months in 2 36-month extensions.The Contract will comprise the following works by value (per annum):Rewires — 200 000 GBP;Electrical Testing — 50 000 GBP;Light-night Conductor — 5 000 GBP;PAT Testing — 5 000 GBPEmergency Lighting — 5 000 GBP (from April 2017 onwards)Should the Employer's general repairs and maintenance contract not perform to the expected standards, an additional 250 000 GBP per annum of responsive repairs may be instructed through this contract but this is not to be assumed.
