Descriptions
The Swansea Palace Theatre is a privately owned grade II listed building in a derelict and deteriorating condition. An outline condition assessment and draft schedule of works was completed in September 2013 (see separate appendix A). This was supplemented by high level views of the Palace roof looking down from the top of an adjacent tower block (also part of appendix A).
