Aberdeen City Council require the establishment of an external contract for the provision of structural engineering services for housing projects and to supplement the Council’s in-house resource for non-housing projects to run for a 3-year period from 1.10.2019, with an option for the Council to extend the contract for a 2 further periods each being of 1 year duration. The appointed consultant will be expected to provide a professional structural engineering service as part of a team comprising either a mix of other external professionals or Aberdeen City Council’s in-house disciplines.
