Pobl Group intends to establish a contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.The successful Tenderer shall enter into contract with the Group to undertake design, supply and installation activities for:Removal of existing balcony panels and replace with a new curtain wall/cladding systemRemoval of existing windows and replace with new windowsInternal making good works to areas disturbed through cladding and window replacementInstallation of remedial wall tiesConcrete repairs (where applicable) to exposed concrete members including window cills and lintelsAt Vivian House, Swansea, SA3 5BG.Tenderers are required to submit a project plan (programme) as part of their tender submission for evaluation. It is intended, however, that the build contract is exchanged end March/early April 2020 and works proceed against a construction programme lasting no longer than 12 weeks (end June 2020 completion).NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
